The two gorgeous women who were dispensing raffle tickets during cocktails (or entrée) take to the stage to announce winners of a 'Lucky Door Prize'. If appropriate, assistance may be sought from the audience to draw a door prize or if there is no door prize available, the girls simply announce that the prize is in fact "a door".
Following the draw, the two young women discuss how they can sense a lot of love in the room and find this particular group of people to be amongst the most interesting and generous they have ever encountered, not to mention the best-looking. Their first song. "You" could be described as delicious flirtation with the masses, combining clever comedy with fabulous vocal prowess.
The girls continue to enthral the audience with 2 or 3 operatic duets, chosen to suit the occasion.
The piece-de-resistence is their performance of Bizet's masterpiece, Carmen, performed in its entirety...less all the boring bits...in 15 minutes. This includes all the original highlights including ridiculous Latin dancing, cat fights, high melodrama, outrageous costumes and a volunteer from the audience to play Don Jose. Lots of over-acting and the mandatory death scene.
