Glynn Nicholas is one of Australia's leading and most versatile comedy performers.

Glynn works extensively on stage and as a corporate entertainer as comedian, master of ceremonies, mime artist, character actor and musician. He has written (alone and with others) and performed in over a dozen one-person and ensemble shows including Kissing Frogs, Crossing the Line, Wrung Out, Certified Male and The Pleasure of their Company.

Glynn Nicholas - A Breif History

Glynn Nicholas began his performing career in 1977 as a street performer in Munich. In his ten-year street-performing career he traveled the world, won numerous national and international competitions (including the Australian national championship in 1986) and garnered a reputation as one of the best street entertainers in Europe.

From 1987 in a transition from solo performer to full-time producer / director his one-person and ensemble shows have received outstanding acclaim and have covered a vast array of performance styles including theatre, opera, musicals, cabaret, open-air events, festivals, concerts, dance, vaudeville radio and television production.

He has appeared on national television in many national comedy shows, including his own series and is in demand in the corporate sector as MC, comedian and a character actor. He has written and starred in a number of workplace training videos for large corporations and is in constant demand as a collaborator with actors and writers alike.

A good MC is required to be many things; communicator, commentator, comedian, entertainer, schoolteacher and traffic cop amongst others.
