Jazz Nouveau is a groovy new four-piece band performing sophisticated jazz versions of pop and dance hits. Jazz Nouveau are reinventing dance, pop and rock favorites as jazzy gems.
They began in February 2004 and played every Thursday night at Industrie in Sydney's CBD. By mid-August Jazz Nouveau had tripled the size of the crowd and in March 2005 moved to their regular Thursday at the Brooklyn Hotel complimenting their alternating Friday residencies at the Collector Hotel and the Pavilion Hotel.
With talent from the bands of Paul Mac, EON, Jeff Duff and Delta Goodrem, Jazz Nouveau have become instantly popular as a classy alternative to the usual jazz or covers bands.

Fronting the swinging rhythm section of Greg Royal on bass (Australian Idol), Mark Lucas on drums (The Radiators), Joseph Calderazzo on guitar (Jeff Duff, Matt Finish) are a choice of Sydney's most sought-after vocalists.
